Meet Our Coaches

REBEKAH BEAN RIPLEY

Hi, my name is Rebekah Bean Ripley! Most people know me as the girl who competed the “Barbie Floor Routine!”. I created the music, choreographed, and competed that routine all after having 2 ACL and 2 meniscus tears. I now have a bachelors degree in Advertising and I coach the level 3 team at Momentum Gymnastics in American fork, Utah.

I have travelled all over the country choreographing and teaching floor routines for the last 4 Years!
I love to be creative and expressive with my choreography, and I believe every routine should have personality! To this day I have never had a gymnast who was unhappy with my work.

I currently run a Gymnastics Mindset Mastery Program where I teach gymnasts how to wire their subconscious brain to build REAL confidence, overcome mental blocks, and compete like a pro. After all my injuries, I truly believe the only reason I was able to compete at the collegiate level was because I made a major mindshift change and increased my confidence. My goal is to teach other gymnasts the things I’ve learned and make a difference in the gymnastics community.

I’m honored and very excited to be working with AKtion Gymnastics this summer. I can’t wait to meet you all!
