We welcome children as young as 18 months in our Parent & Tot Class which teaches basic movement and building confidence from an early age.
Participants should wear comfortable, athletic attire—leotards or leggings with a t-shirt for girls; shorts or sweatpants with a t-shirt for boys. Avoid buttons, belts, zippers, or jewelry that might get in the way. Hair should be pulled back securely.
Absolutely! Parents can watch from our waiting room so you can cheer on progress while your child stays focused and safe in class.
Enrollment is easy. You can register online or contact our front desk to sign up for recreational and judo — just let us know what’s best for your child!

Make-up classes are not typically offered. To ensure consistent progress and class safety, we encourage regular attendance.

Our competitive team begins with Firecrackers, which safely introduces young gymnasts to the sport in a fun, supportive setting. From there, athletes train with a focus on technique and personal bests, competing at local, regional, and national levels—all while thriving in a tight-knit, family-first atmosphere.
